Delivery

We personally take care of the packaging and the consignment of our articles. We do our best to have our articles delivered to you in the best possible conditions. We us Taxipost for deliveries in Belgium and Kilopost for international deliveries. If you are not at home on the day of the delivery, you can ask for a second presentation or pick up your parcel at the closest post office within 14 days of the first attempted delivery. Delivery standards:
If the ordered articles are all available in our store, the order is shipped to you the first day following reception of your payment (if the payment was made before 4 P.M.) Delivery normally takes place the next working day, your order is delivered to you within two working days. However, we cannot be held liable for delays due to disturbance of the postal services.
For delivery outside Belgium, the delay lies between 4 and 10 working days. Pick up point
You can also pick up your order directly from our shop. Payment methods are Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard or cash.
